Right before posting this, a bird flew into the window and hit the glass. It startled me. I thought I'd look for a quote online about birds flying into windows, and I came across a belief from ancient times about how when a bird flies into a window, it means that death is looming near. I really hope that doesn't happen. I am not really superstitious, although I do love folklore. I hope the bird isn't hurt.
